Central System
Multiple accounts tax preparation.
Centralized system for accounting to be used for personal tracking as well as yearly accounting when needed for filing personal and business taxes.

Problem Statement
Managing personal and business finances across separate accounts, receipts, invoices, and spreadsheets makes it difficult to maintain accurate records and distinguish business expenses from personal spending. A centralized accounting tracker is needed to organize income, expenses, and supporting documents throughout the year, providing a clear financial overview and reliable records for filing taxes.
Mapping the financial ecosystem
Multiple users, accounts, and transaction sources needed to remain distinct while contributing to the one shared financial dashboard.

Designing the System Architecture
With the financial ecosystem mapped, the next challenge was determining how information should move through the system. Each account needed to remain independently traceable while following a standardized structure that could feed into one centralized overview.

Results
Dashboard that auto-populates and links all persoal and business accounts for 2 people.
